Lisa Miller brings more than two decades of experience in Arkansas governmental affairs, public policy and strategic counsel. Known for her preparation, discretion and relationships, she helps clients navigate complex issues and achieve their goals in the legislative, regulatory and civic arenas.

Lisa’s approach is rooted in listening first, understanding the objective, and building the right strategy to deliver results.

She is currently appointed to the Arkansas Auctioneers Licensing Board, where she continues a tradition of public service and commitment to professional standards.

Her experience includes legislative strategy, regulatory and administrative affairs, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, coalition development and executive counsel.

Throughout her career, Lisa has represented and advised businesses, associations, nonprofit organizations and other stakeholders navigating complex legislative and regulatory issues. Her work is grounded in understanding both the policy objective and the relationships necessary to move an issue forward effectively.

Lisa’s public service includes her appointment to the Arkansas Auctioneers Licensing Board, where she has served since 2014. Her work on the board reflects her longstanding commitment to professional standards, responsible regulation and service to the State of Arkansas.
